Full-Time Assistant Manager – Gateway Candyland

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for customer service and a love for all things sweet? Gateway Candyland, a vibrant candy and ice cream shop, is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our leadership team.

In this role, you’ll support daily operations, lead a team of candy and ice cream enthusiasts, and ensure every guest has a memorable experience. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will work alongside staff to serve customers during our busy ice cream season while helping maintain a positive, efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old
Must be available to work evenings and weekends
Prior retail, food service, or hospitality experience preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Positive, energetic attitude with a commitment to excellent customer service
Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks associated with stocking, inventory management, and daily operations
